Shipping policy

Product Availability:

• All of our products are premade and available for immediate shipment until stock runs out. Once an item is out of stock, it will be available as a preorder.
• Preorder items will be clearly indicated in the product description. Even if a product is on preorder, you are still able to place an order.

Processing & Shipping Time:

• Since we are a small business, please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped if listed as premade. While we do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, please note that shipping delays can sometimes occur, and we are not responsible for delays once the package is with the carrier.
• Any delays in processing or shipping are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.
